UHURU/RUTO shocked as their lieutenant turns around and supports RAILA ODINGA on TV
National Assembly Majority Leader, Aden Duale, has challenged President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy, William Ruto, to stop blaming former Prime Minister Raila Odinga over rising insecurity and terror threats in the country and start acting now.
Speaking during a debate on NTV on Sunday with Minority Leader, Francis Nyenze, as his co-debater, Duale shocked Uhuru/ Ruto’s team as he turned around and supported Raila Odinga’s sentiments, saying the buck stops with them as far as the security of the country is concerned and not with Raila Odinga or the opposition.
Duale urged Uhuru/ Ruto to stop talking and crack the whip on hate mongers and those inciting Kenyans against each regardless of whether they are from Jubilee or CORD and deal with them ruthlessly.
“I want to tell the President that the time to act is now. The buck stops with you as far as security of this country is concerned and should stop blaming Raila Odinga and CORD over insecurity,” said Duale.
The majority leader noted that the Al-Shabaab is taking advantage of sharp divisions in Kenya between the Government and the opposition to hit us hard and that time for their blame game is over.
