Our client in the Manufacturing Industry is looking to recruit an Office Administrator
The ideal candidate MUST have at least 3-5 years experience.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Reception / telephone operations.
  • Offices, compound maintenance/gardening.
  • Kitchen and catering.
  • Messengers and mail handling.
  • Filing system.
  • Office equipment and stationery.
  • Security.
  • Admin staff recruitment, training and motivation.
  • Trademarks, licences KEBS and other related issues.
  • In charge of the budgets and monthly KPI reporting in all the above areas.


  • University degree.
  • Age 25 to 35 years.
  • Thorough knowledge of computers, both as a working and reporting tool.
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in a busy computerized environment.
  • Must reside near Mlolongo.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 50,000/= (Approx. 500 USD)
