Overview: Our client a leading Mobile Telecommunications Company in Kenya is seeking to hire a Customer Care Executive

Salary 25,000 – 50,000/= Depending on Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations or Marketing .
  • A minimum of 1 year proven experience in customer relations.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office and email required, including internet proficiency.
  • Sales Experience and Added advantage.
Duties and responsibilities
  • Handle walk in customers
  • Customer education
  • Interact, respond to and follow up on all queries and comments
  • Investigating and resolving clients complaints /issues
  • Offering after sales service to the clients
  • Ensure all our social media questions or queries are answered within the shortest time possible.
