- A Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations or Marketing .
- A minimum of 1 year proven experience in customer relations.
- Computer literacy in MS Office and email required, including internet proficiency.
- Sales Experience and Added advantage.
- Handle walk in customers
- Customer education
- Interact, respond to and follow up on all queries and comments
- Investigating and resolving clients complaints /issues
- Offering after sales service to the clients
- Ensure all our social media questions or queries are answered within the shortest time possible.
