KALONZO turns around and surprises RAILA ODINGA once again as he landed from China
– Former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka has made it crystal clear that he will be on the ballot gunning for President come 2017.
Speaking at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) when he landed from China where he was for two weeks marketing Kenya, Kalonzo dealt former Prime Minister Raila Odinga a big blow saying he will stop at nothing less than the Presidency.
He said he had full confidence that the Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (CORD) will hand him the nomination certificate to fly the coalition’s flag as its presidential candidate.
“I want to tell you that I have not changed my position, I will vie for President in 2017 and so will former Prime Minister Raila Odinga and Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula,” said Kalonzo.
However, according to political pundits, Kalonzo’s statement leaves a lot to be desired as it may be interpreted to mean he may soon part ways with Raila Odinga to forge his own political path ahead of 2017 as his fellow Kambas have advised him.
