Vacancy: Brand Sales Executive – Retail Growth

Job Purpose / Summary: The job holder will be responsible in growing to Business to Business (B2B) portfolio in the following categories (and not limited to the listed categories) at Target Market regions: Retail Supermarkets e.g. Nakumatt, Beauty Retailers e.g. local makeup artists and Corporate Product signature.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Establishing and maintaining a good relationship with corporate clients.
  • Maintain an accurate customer database and records of all conducted sales and contacts for future reference.
  • Delivering weekly, monthly and annual sales targets as directed by the Sales Manager or Managing Director.
  • Developing, nurturing and evolving the sales process so that this becomes a competitive advantage;

  • Attending weekly sales meeting with the team;
  • Working in conjunction with marketing, you will assist in the development of sales aids and other marketing material which you and your team will use as part of the sales process;
  • Liaising with the team to ensure that sales are efficiently processed on behalf of our customers.
  • Salary will be Commission based that will be determined by the performance of the individual.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or Business development preferably a college graduate
  • 1-3 years’ experience working with senior leadership in similar industry.
  • Excellent Understanding of branding from an international level
  • Familiar with International Brand Cosmetics

Salary Budget: 10,000 and 10% commission on total sales.
